Free Online Health & Wellness Classes During Lockdown

Dr Morris | Sydney Mother & Baby would like to invite you to attend FREE Prenatal Yoga classes, as well as, FREE Breathing and Meditation classes during the current Sydney Lockdown. These classes are running online via Zoom and the initiative is designed to support all of our current patients and promote health and well-being, both mentally and physically, during this time. 

Prenatal Yoga Classes:
Tuesday & Friday, 12pm – 1pm
Online via zoom with Portia Selkirk
Complimentary*

Breathing & Mediation Classes:
Monday & Thursday, 1.30pm – 2pm
Online Via Zoom with Carmella Baynie
Complimentary*

* please note that this offer is valid for the current Sydney Lockdown only. For further details of the classes please visit the Antenatal Class descriptions.
