We have been very pleased and reassured with the flattening of the COVID-19 curve in Australia and particularly NSW. Staying at home and taking all of the recommended precautions is working.
We wanted to update and reassure you of what is currently happening at each of our hospitals in regard to maternity admissions. Please read the information for your hospital carefully, as they each have differences in management.
At each hospital hand washing, hygiene and social distancing are required.
All communal seating areas including patient lounges are closed. Maternity patients will be encouraged to stay in their rooms as much as possible with partner and baby.
