The Restorative Yoga Class is held every Tuesday evening at 5.30pm and everyone is welcome to attend. In pregnancy relaxation and healing are integrally important and act as the complementary element to any physical movement. Restorative yoga provides the body and mind with a designated time for healing, rest, and integration. This is particularly beneficial in pregnancy as it allows your mind a rest from the stresses and anxieties you may be feeling during pregnancy and in preparation for birth.
Our Restorative Yoga class consists of supported relaxation postures held for longer periods of time designed to allow you to drop deeply into a state of deep restoration and observe the breath’s natural oscillation of the body… in other words absolute bliss! It is the perfect anecdote to a busy day of work preparing you for a beautiful restful evening ahead.
