December Yoga Classes
Our prenatal yoga classes will be put on hold after tomorrow Tuesday 13th December 12pm and 5.30pm classes until after the Christmas period. Therefore the below classes will be cancelled;
14th December - 12pm Hatha & 5.30pm Restorative
19th December - 12pm Hatha
21st December - 12pm Hatha
