This class is taught by yoga teacher, singer & songwriter, Carmela Baynie, and is designed to help you tune in to the very first phase of mothering. The effects of meditation and breathing techniques will benefit both you and your developing baby.
Overall classes are designed to;
- Give you strategies to help you navigate your daily life harmoniously and enhance your health and mental wellbeing during pregnancy
- Teach meditation to improve psychosocial wellbeing for both you and your baby during the important months of growth and development.
- Reduce stress and anxiety and the hormones related to those processes.
- Help with natural birthing techniques especially being in tune with your body and working through the 1st and 2nd stages of labour.
